What we do

Most technical decisions go wrong not from lack of knowledge but from the absence of an outside view. A team inside the daily work cannot see the alternative; management cannot verify the technical rationale. We fill that gap.

In an AI strategy engagement we survey your processes and produce a concrete priority list: which process can be improved with AI today, which needs data infrastructure first, and which should be left alone.

In an architecture review we examine your current system and report on scaling, cost, and maintenance risk. Every finding comes with a recommendation and an effort estimate — a report that only lists problems is useless.

Technical due diligence makes the technical debt you are acquiring visible when buying or investing in a software company: code quality, infrastructure, team dependencies, licensing, and security risk.
